We can explore learning new coping skills and strategies that can help you handle your upsetting feelings. You will be able to build closer, warmer relationships with loved ones.
For adults I provide traditional talk therapy to help you express your deepest and most difficult feelings. Therapy is a focused conversation in which I invite you to work with me to create and use healthy coping skills to build a more positive lifestyle.
